They just finished this Tuesday in Costa Rica their tour on South American.
“I thought it was time to get my mojo back, by rockin’ South America and Europe with a little home run at Boston’s Fenway Park thrown in and then off to the rest of America to do what we do best! We’re gonna rock you into the middle of next week!,” Tyler said in a statement on Tuesday.
The issues come from the cancellation of the 2009 tour after Tyler fell off the stage and broke his shoulder in August. That lead to a painkiller addiction and a visit to a rehab clinic. The band threatened to audition replacements, claiming that Tyler was hooked again on painkillers. That spark a demand from Tyler’s side, but finally all the problems are behind.
The new U.S. tour will kick off on July 23 in Oakland, California. Tickets start going on sale on June 4.
