Our favorite UK singer Adele has never looked better! Everyone’s been talking about her weight loss journey in the last 2-3 months, and a lot of people have been admiring her bravery. Here’s everything that you should know about Adele’s weight loss journey since who knows, you might end up feeling inspired to do the same!
Ever since she lost over 100 pounds, Adele has been proudly showing off her curvy hourglass-like figure in some feminine dresses! A lot of women applaud her on her bravery & her bold moves since her look did drastically change.
Her weight loss started exactly one year ago and back in April of 2019. During this period, Adele had split up with her ex-husband Simon Konecki, which further inspired her to switch up her lifestyle & way of living. They were married for two years and they have a 7-year-old son, Angelo Adkins.
According to US Weekly, Adele began to exercise three times a week ever since then. She only invests 60 minutes per each training, and she loves the routine! She is also almost always on a strict 1000-calorie diet meal plan.
In May, Adele will celebrate her 32nd birthday, and she couldn’t’ be more thrilled about it! She has never looked this good, and she never felt as amazing!

A) I would also do the same thing if my husband/boyfriend left me. I would go for that ”revenge body”.
B) I wouldn’t do it for my boyfriend or my spouse. I would still lose all the weight for myself & just to feel good in my own skin.
C) I’m not sure if I’d do it at all, especially during this quarantine lockdown, it seems just impossible.
