Book Revue in Huntington, NY was the place to be this week if you are into celebrities and celebrity book. Why you ask? Well, not one, but two celebs held book signings at the Book Revue over the past days.
Let’s start with the most recent. Nicole Polizzi aka Snooki held a signing and autograph session for her new book “Baby Bumps” on Wednesday (Jan. 15). Now, I admit it. I’m not an avid celebrity books reader – I have never read a celebrity book. Also, I don’t keep track of Snooki’s activities so I had no idea she wrote another book. Judging by the title and book cover (Snooki and her baby boy Lorenzo), I think it’s about how pregnancy, and having a baby changed her life. But let’s see what the actual “Baby Bumps” description is.
“I wanted to tell the story of my pregnancy and how much having Lorenzo has changed my life. I wanted my book to be brutally honest, but funny at the same time. It’s in no way an advice book on parenting, it’s a relatable book that tells the story of my journey and my pregnancy,” the Jersey Shore star told BabyZone.

Book Revue also hosted Cameron Diaz earlier this week. Cameron held a book signing for “The Body Book: The Law of Hunger, the Science of Strength, and Other Ways to Love Your Amazing Body“.
We’ve covered “The Body Book” a couple of times before. So we know that it features the actress giving advice on pubic hair, opening up about her struggles with acne, and that she isn’t afraid to go makeupless.

I’ve already said it, I’d definitely buy and read Cameron’s book because I think she offers tons of relatable advice, and overall I’m more interested in the topic.
However, if I would be a mom, I’d also be interested in Snooki’s book. Simply because she promised fun and brutal honesty, which I love, and because I imagine mothers are interested in other mothers’ experiences.
Which book would you read: Snooki’s “Baby Bumps” or Cameron Diaz’s “The Body Book”?
