Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, a former producer and videographer for Diddy, has filed a lawsuit against the rapper, claiming repeated instances of sexual assault. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Jones alleges that Diddy sexually assaulted him by groping his genitals and touching his anus under the guise of grooming him for sexual encounters. Jones also claims that Diddy would frequently walk around naked in front of him, dismissing the assaults as “horseplay.”

The lawsuit further alleges that Diddy subjected Jones to unwarranted sexual attention from other individuals, including actor Cuba Gooding Jr. and a female cousin of Diddy’s girlfriend, Yung Miami. Jones recounts an incident where the female cousin allegedly attempted to have sex with him in the presence of Diddy.
In response to these allegations, Diddy’s attorney, Shawn Holley, has vehemently denied the claims, calling Jones a “liar” and accusing him of fabricating the allegations for financial gain. Holley stated, “His reckless name-dropping about events that are pure fiction and simply did not happen is nothing more than a transparent attempt to garner headlines.”
Holley also claimed to possess “overwhelming, indisputable proof” that Jones’s accusations are false. Despite attempts to share this evidence with Jones’s attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, Holley alleges that they have been ignored.
