Actress and comedian Tiffany Haddish recently revealed a surprising change of heart regarding her celebrity crush, Henry Cavill.
In an interview with the Los Angeles Times, the “Girls Trip” star, 44, admitted that she used to find the “Superman” actor, 40, incredibly attractive. However, her opinion shifted dramatically after meeting him in person.
“I used to really want Henry Cavill. I think he’s so hot. But I met him, and he was so awkward. It was like, ‘This would be weird,'” Haddish disclosed.

She humorously described Cavill as a nerd, suggesting that he would be more at ease discussing the fantasy game “Dungeons & Dragons.” Haddish playfully speculated that perhaps Cavill had never had a black woman approach him in a manner she humorously described.
Despite the change in her feelings, Tiffany Haddish still acknowledged Cavill’s physical appeal, noting, “But he’s still beautiful.”
Haddish did not provide details about when or where she met Cavill, nor did his representative respond to requests for comment from Page Six.
During the interview, Tiffany Haddish also spoke about her past relationships, including her split from rapper Common in 2021. She described their relationship as “real healthy and loving,” emphasizing the communication and respect they shared.
However, Haddish expressed disappointment with Common’s comments about their relationship following the breakup, suggesting that he might be the type of person who never settles down. Common has since confirmed that he is in a happy relationship with Jennifer Hudson.
Tiffany Haddish concluded her remarks about Common by wishing him “nothing but joy and happiness,” indicating that she has moved on from their relationship.
