Paris Hilton is feeling extra thankful this year. The socialite and entrepreneur announced on Thursday, November 23, that she and her husband Carter Reum have welcomed their second child together, a baby girl named London.
Paris Hilton, 42, shared the happy news on her Instagram account, posting a photo of a pink outfit with the name London embroidered on it. She also included a stuffed animal and a pair of pink heart-shaped sunglasses in the picture. “Thankful for my baby girl,” she captioned the post, adding various emojis.
The Simple Life alum also confirmed the arrival of her daughter in a TikTok video that she shared during her family’s Thanksgiving celebration. In the clip, her nephew asked her, “You have two babies?” to which she replied, “I have two babies.” She also responded to a fan’s comment, writing, “My princess has arrived!!”

Paris Hilton and Reum, a venture capitalist, are already parents to a son named Phoenix, who was born in January 2021. Hilton surprised fans by revealing his birth in an Instagram post, showing his hand holding hers. “You are already loved beyond words,” she wrote at the time.
On Thursday, Paris Hilton posted several Instagram Stories featuring Phoenix, calling him a “big brother” after London’s arrival. “I love you angel,” she said. “Are you a big brother today? You the big brother now? You’re going to watch after your sister?”
Hilton and Reum tied the knot in November 2021 after more than two years of dating. They exchanged vows in a lavish ceremony at Hilton’s grandfather’s estate in Bel Air, California. The bride wore a custom Oscar de la Renta gown and was joined by her sister Nicky Hilton and other celebrity friends.
Hilton had previously revealed that she and Reum were pursuing the IVF process to start a family. She said that she was inspired by her friend Kim Kardashian, who used surrogacy to welcome two of her four children with Kanye West. Hilton also said that she had frozen her eggs during the coronavirus pandemic and that she had tons of embryos ready.
“I really do believe that having a family and having children is the meaning of life,” she said on the “Trend Report With Mara” podcast in January 2021. “I haven’t got to experience that yet because I don’t feel that anyone really deserved that love from me and now I’ve finally found the person who does, so I cannot wait for that next step.”
Hilton’s sister Nicky, who shares three children with her husband James Rothschild, was supportive of her sibling’s journey to motherhood. “I think she’ll be an amazing mom. If how she is with her dogs is any indication, they’re going to be very, very loved,” Nicky told Us Weekly in December 2021. “I think this is something that she’s wanted for a while.”
Reum was already a father when he married Hilton. He shares a daughter with Secrets of Aspen alum Laura Bellizzi, but they do not have “a traditional father-daughter relationship,” his spokesperson told Page Six in November 2021. “He has provided for her since she was born, and will continue to do so.”
