Rapper Cardi B confirmed that she is pregnant with her third child. The news comes just hours after reports surfaced about her filing for divorce from estranged husband Offset.
Addressing the split, Cardi shared, “With every ending comes a new beginning! I am so grateful to have shared this season with you. You’ve brought me more love, more life, and most importantly, renewed my power. You’ve reminded me that I can have it all!” She continued, “Life, love, and passion—no need to choose. I love you so much, and I can’t wait for you to witness what you’ve helped me accomplish.”

The glamorous social media post featured Cardi proudly displaying her budding baby bump in a plunging red gown and matching coat. Fans had speculated about her pregnancy in June when her stomach strained against a buttoned black blazer during an onstage performance at the Inspiration Awards. Two weeks prior, she had concealed her belly in a pink sweatsuit while hosting an event.

Cardi and Offset are no strangers to family life. They previously welcomed daughter Kulture (6) and son Wave (2) in July 2018 and September 2021, respectively. Offset, a member of Migos, also has three children from previous relationships—Jordan (14), Kody (9), and Kalea (9).
Despite their ups and downs, Cardi has been a positive influence on her stepchildren since marrying Offset in September 2017. In an interview with Essence, Offset praised her for treating his kids as her own. “It could be an issue, but I don’t have to go through that, and that’s beautiful,” he said.
The couple’s relationship has seen its share of twists. They initially announced their breakup in 2022, citing they had “grown out of love.” However, by 2019, they were back together. Unfortunately, the Grammy winner filed for divorce in September of the following year. Although they reconciled briefly, they split again in 2023 after mutual accusations of infidelity.
