First of all, how amazing did Jennifer Lopez look at the FOX All-Star Party in Pasadena?! The American Idol judge rocked a black leather dress by Ermano Scervino, styled with and Jimmy Choo shoes, a black clutch and diamond jewelry. Flawless.
Second, J.Lo found herself dragged into one insane catfish story. To be honest, I read this story days ago, but since it is so stupid, I hoped it would just fade somewhere into the background. But it didn’t, so here’s what happened.
A man named Rodrigo Ruiz has sued the superstar for $10,000 on the claims that she tricked him into sending her nude photos and demo CDs. The problem here? Lopez has nothing to do with this guy. He was actually fooled by a 53-years-old woman in L.A. who pretended to be “Jenny From The Block“.
Sadly, Ruiz is convinced it was J.Lo who asked him for those naked pics. And he claims there’s proof. He sent TMZ three letters saying that it was letters like those that convinced him he had a chance at a music career and a romantic relationship with the superstar. Enjoy some snippets from the three letters:
* “I just wanted to let you know that I do remember you and that I am interested in you. I have plans on leaving my husband. But I can’t say much right now so that’s it for now. Send me pictures of you both with clothes and without clothes.”
** “This is Jennifer Lopez writing to you again and just to let you know that I got your packages, music, and demos. And just to let you know you need to send me pictures of you with and without clothes.”
*** “This is Jennifer Lopez and as you can tell its been a while since I last wrote and as you can see I have a new boyfriend which means your in for the long haul and you have to put up with the fact that I am f**king him and sucking his d**k.”
In addition to the lawsuit, the man is also accusing the superstar of sexual harassment. He is convinced Jennifer sent those letters to him despite records showing that the P.O. box he replied to is owned by a 53-years-old woman in L.A. who is NOT Lopez.
J.Lo‘s rep said: “This is a small claims matter that appears to be a desperate attempt for notoriety. Ms Lopez has never seen or met the plaintiff, nor has she ever communicated with him. We believe this matter should be summarily dismissed.”
Where’s Nev and Max when you need them?
