Pussycat Dolls will come back with new faces
Who didn’t dance Pussycat Dolls’ hits such as “Don’t Cha”, “Wait a Minute” “When I grow up” or “Buttons”? For those who missed the band and craved a new album from the sexy ladies, we have good news. They will be back very soon bringing some surprises.
There were rumors flying around saying that the band was about to break up. One of the members of the sexy band Melody Thornton, quickly denied those saying that they were just taking a break. Also, Robin Antin –creator, choreographer and owner of the brand “Pussycat Dolls”- released a statement along those lines.
However, Antin anticipated some changes on the lineup: “It’s Nicole and a few … a couple new faces. Some of the girls want to go and do their own thing. We’re moving on. We’re excited. We’re looking at new girls. It’s phase three of the Pussycat Dolls because we did our first album, our second album and now we’re going on to our third. We’re touring … a lot is coming up.”
Frontwoman Nicole Scherzinger, after she tried to make it solo with the album “Her name is Nicole”, keeps her leadership role within the band and Antin has the best words towards the Hawaii-born beauty: “Nicole, right now, she has been the face of the Pussycat Dolls. And she loves it. She’s here and she’s with us. She’s so talented, so amazing. I’m really happy about that. So, it’s a lot to look forward to.”
Antin explains the rationale behind these changes: “There will be a few new faces in the Pussycat Dolls. I’ve been really putting that out there. I’m really excited about it. Inside every girl, inside every woman, is a Pussycat Doll and I always want to bring in new faces to really show there are so many Pussycat Dolls out there. It isn’t about one forever. So I’m excited about that.”
We can’t wait to hear the new hits that for sure will be ruling the dance floors of the hottest clubs all over the world.
